4. The accommodation booked is not transferable. The passenger should carry with him the Electronic Reservation Slip prints out. In case the passenger does not carry the electronic reservation slip, a support of 15 minutes per ticket per passenger shall be requested by the ticket checking staff in lieu of that.

5. E-ticket cancellations are not possible.

 

6. Obtain certificate from the TTE /Conductor in case of PARTIALLY waitlisted e-ticket, LESS NO. OF PASSENGERS travelled.
